Time to celebrate—and save for college! Jazmine Lopez (center) received her mPower Scholarship from Julie Leaman, Rancho San Diego Branch Manager, and Neville Billimoria, SVP Membership and Chief Advocacy Officer.

Jazmine is a hard-working high school student from the Rancho San Diego area. She plans to mPower her college fund with her scholarship winnings, as well as saving some money from each of her paychecks.
